Grove Park Inn
The Grove Park Inn was built in 19-- using native stone. At Christmas time it is decorated with 25 trees, each having a different theme.
Chimney Rock
Chimney Rock is located 20 miles from Asheville overlooking the beautiful Lake Lure.
One of the fun places in the Summertime. The water is still cold in July - August.
Blue Ridge Parkway
If you have the time you can take some side trips on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to bring lots of film as there is a "Kodak Moment" around every bend.
